Short Leasehold Finance For Retail Businesses
Most high street banks usually do not like to lend money to retail businesses that occupy premises with leases much under 50 years unless there is full security that can be obtained from other sources.
However, we have access to specialist lenders that will lend 65% of the value of a business regardless of the length of the lease. Whilst expensive, this enables entrepreneurs to buy an exisiting/proven business (e.g. fast food outlet, local shop) that they would otherwise not be able to do due to insufficient security.
